  1. Put the finely chopped herbs, garlic, olive oil, mayonnaise or sour cream, whipped cream in a blender, and beat it. Add the feta cheese, pepper and beat well again. If it's too thick, you can add a little cream. Put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours, then place in a bowl.
