Very tasty and easy appetizer. Be sure to use a grainy mustard like dijon.

  1. Clean eggs and cut them in half. Put the yolks in a bowl and mash them with a fork. Then add the mustard, mayonnaise, lemon juice and zest, cayenne pepper and mix well. Place this filling, about a tablespoon, in each egg white half. Decorate the top of each with shrimp and dill. Serve and enjoy.
