Cranberry Salsa
Sweet and sour salsa with a pleasant slightly spicy taste. I usually cook this sauce for Thanksgiving but salsa is always good on a hot summer day as well. This can be served with crackers and cream cheese or just with chips. If you think it is too sour for you, add more sugar. Also try to use tangerine instead of orange, it is more juicy and flavorful. Celebrate the holidays with this terrific cranberry salsa!

Ingredients
- 230 g (8oz) cranberries
- 1 small orange juice
- small jalapeno pepper
- ~ 1/4 cup sugar
- small bunch cilantro
- pinch salt
- garlic powder to taste
Instructions
- Put the cranberries, chopped jalapeno and cilantro, orange juice, add salt, sugar, and garlic powder in a food processor and blend. Then place in a refrigerator for about 2-4 hours before serving.
