It’s better to marinate the meat about 2-3 hours to get a richer flavor. If you like a spicy food, you can add 2-3 hot red peppers. Just fry a few red hot peppers in oil for a few minutes, remove them, and continue cooking in the same hot oil. Instead of beef you can use not fatty pork. Serve meat with rice.

Ingredients
- 200-300 g beef
- 2-3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1-2 cloves of garlic
- 2 onions
- 150 g mushrooms
- 100 g bean pods
- 100 g sweet corn
- 100 g snow peas
- hot red pepper to taste
- juice of half a lemon
- 1-2 tsp corn starch
- vegetable oil
Instructions
- Cut the beef into thin slices. Prepare a marinade of soy sauce, 1 chopped onion, finely minced garlic, red pepper, lemon juice and marinate the meat in it.
- Heat the pan with 2-3 tablespoon of vegetable oil, fry the meat with onion (without the marinade), about 2-3 minutes on maximum heat, then put on a plate.
- Fry vegetables on maximum heat: second onion, add mushrooms, sliced bell peppers. Fry about 5 minutes then add bean pods, corn, snow peas and stir all the time. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Add fried meat and marinade, fry for about two minutes, thicken sauce with corn starch.
