  1. Cut chicken in a half lengthwise, rub with salt and teriyaki sauce, and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  2. Pour wine into skillet, add the zest and pepper, and let reduce to about half of original volume then set aside. Cut tangerines or oranges into quarters.
  3. Heat the olive oil and butter in a large skillet, then dip the chicken in, skin side down, and fry over high heat until golden brown, about 2 minutes on each side. Then move to a baking pan.
  4. Put the garlic and tangerines (or oranges) in a frying pan with oil and butter and fry for 2 min. Then add to the baking pan with the chicken and add the thyme. Cover and place in a preheated oven at 190'C (375 F). Cook for about 15 min then pour wine and cook for another 10 min.
  5. Arrange chicken on a hot plates with tangerines and garlic. Serve with juice from the pan with chicken.
