  1. Mix the ground coriander seeds, cinnamon, finely chopped garlic, juice of three oranges, grated ginger, honey, olive oil, salt and cayenne pepper in a bowl.
  2. Cut the legs into two parts then slice the remaining oranges. Put the chicken on a baking sheet, cover with the marinade and leave for 2-4 hours.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180'C (360F) and place the orange slices on top of the chicken and bake for about 45 minutes, periodically brushing the chicken legs with the marinade in the baking pan using a brush.
