- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour sifted
- 1 lemon zest
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 250 g cherries pitted
- 250 g blueberries
- powdered sugar
- Mix and beat the sugar and eggs in a large bowl, gradually add the flour, then lemon zest and lemon juice. Add the berries into the batter and mix gently with a spoon.
- In a greased baking pan, pour in the batter and place in preheated 180'C oven for 30-35 min.
- Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
