I love when my kids ask me what can they cook for dinner, or they have some ideas of what they want to make. Today Nicole made khinkali, one of our favorite dishes from the country of Georgia; she loves them more than pelmeni, and they are more flavorful with a delicious bouillon...
This dip is really tasty with fresh vegetables, crackers, or chips, also good for salad. You can make it with less or more liquid, depending on how much whipped cream you add.

Usually I made different dough for pelmeni, one of the recipe is here, This recipe for the dough I made today I also like, because so much easier to work with, easy to make and it's more tender.

I still have lots of basil in my garden, so I decided to make some pesto and use it for a simple but really tasty dish. I added mozzarella and Feta cheese on the pastry, plus parmesan in the pesto.

Roasted Brussels Sprouts with pancetta, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper, in the oven 200C for 30-40 min, after fry in the pan with butter, add little bit of balsamic and honey for 2-3 min.
