Banana Bread with Pecans and Orange Zest

Hello! Its me, Nikita, with another great homemade recipe: Banana Bread. But while regular banana bread is great, it’s still missing something. Nuts go great with bananas, and who says we need just bananas? Thats why I added Pecans and Orange zest to this great classic. This follows the same recipe with any regular old banana bread recipe, except better.

Banana Bread with Pecans and Orange Zest Recipe

    1. Clean the bananas, then mash them with a fork. In a mortar, crush the pecans. Then take the zest but not the pith of the orange. Next in a mixer, blend together the Butter, Sugar, Flour, the Pecans, Bananas, Sour Cream, eggs, baking powder, salt, and Zest. Pour it in a regular baking pan covered in oil to prevent sticking and bake in 170 degrees Celsius (or 350 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 45-60 minutes or until the mixture doesn’t stick to the toothpick when you poke it,. About 5 minutes before you take it out the oven crumble the last of the Pecans.
    2. This is such a great new twist on a great, cozy dish. Put butter, Jam, Peanut Butter, or eat it plain! Have fun with this delicious dish!
