Baked apples with honey and berries
Beautiful, delicious and easy to cook dessert. Use sour apples for this recipe. Instead of frozen berries, you can use fresh berries and fruits. Also add a little bit of cinnamon or nuts to the honey.

Ingredients
- 4 large apples
- 2 tbsp of honey
- frozen raspberries, blueberries, blackberries
- 1 tsp powdered sugar
- a couple of mint leaves
Instructions
- Wash the apples and carefully remove each core without cutting the apple and place them on a baking sheet. Finely chop the mint leaves and mix with honey. Fill each apple with this honey and cook in an oven for about 15 minutes 360F. Cool a little, decorate with thawed berries and sprinkle top with powdered sugar.
