Got some vegetables and herbs ( tarragon, dill, mint, cilantro) today in my garden and made our summer dinner: Baked ginger, lime, tarragon branzino with Icelandic licorice salt. Usually, I bake them in the oven and they always turn out tasty, but today we experimented with our pizza oven — and even tried the smoker — just to see which method works best.
