- 200 g Russian-Korean carrot salad
- 4 boiled eggs
- 200 g pork or beef
- 200-250 g fresh or frozen corn kernels
- mayonnaise to taste
- salt, pepper to taste
- Fry the meat with salt and pepper on all sides until cooked. Cool and cut into thin strips. Boil the corn until tender and then let cool. Finely chop the boiled eggs.
- Mix the carrots, eggs, meat, corn, mayonnaise in a bowl, cover and leave for 30 min or more.
