This dish can be served either hot or cold and is simple to prepare.
Ingredients
- 200 g oyster mushrooms
- 200 g shiitake mushrooms
- 3 cloves of garlic
- small bunch of parsley
- 1.5 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- salt, pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut the mushrooms into 3-4 parts and finely chop the garlic and parsley. Preheat the olive oil and butter in a wok, add the mushrooms and garlic and fry, stirring all the time for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Add the parsley, sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper, stir and remove from heat.
