  1. Cut the mushrooms into 3-4 parts. Heat the olive oil in a wok and fry the mushrooms and thyme sprigs, stirring all the time, about 3 minutes until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice, add the butter, stir and remove from heat. Serve immediately.
