Roasted Wild Mushrooms with Thyme Recipe

Tender, earthy, wild mushrooms with a pleasant taste of thyme. Be sure to use wild mushrooms in this recipe.
Ingredients
- 200 g shiitake mushrooms
- 200 g oyster mushrooms
- bunch of thyme
- lemon juice to taste
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- salt, pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut the mushrooms into 3-4 parts. Heat the olive oil in a wok and fry the mushrooms and thyme sprigs, stirring all the time, about 3 minutes until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice, add the butter, stir and remove from heat. Serve immediately.
