Ravioli tonight! Two different dough- beets and roasted bell pepper. Three different fillings- Italian sausages, homemade Ricotta with garlic and herbs, ricotta with egg yolk. Two different sauces- butter hazelnut with sage and homemade tomato sauce. Everything was super delicious! Home food is the best!
