Rich, sweet and delicious chocolate dessert. Pudding can be served with whipped cream, ice cream or just fresh berries. The mixture needs a lot of beating to incorporate air to make the pudding light. Instead of chocolate chips you can use regular dark chocolate broken into small pieces.

In the fall I harvested from the garden a variety of herbs like basil, rosemary, bay leaves, oregano, sage, tarragon, marjoram, parsley, mint, thyme, dill, lemon verbena, cilantro, celery and chives. Some of them didn't survive, but most grow well indoors and I use them in my dishes all the time. I even have one tomato plant!
