How cool is this? Use the pumpkin as the serving bowl for this Rice and Vegetables dish. If you don’t like rice with fruits, substitute meat instead, and add different herbs. Rice can be replaced with potatoes too.

Love my garden

I love gardening so much, it makes my world beautiful. I have a vegetable/herb garden, flower gardens, fruit trees and berries. When I am outside I feel happy, too bad we don’t have nice weather all year but when we do, we are gardening! 😉

Tasty and beautiful dish, great idea for fall and Thanksgiving. You can add any fruit, including grapes, melons slices, currants, etc. Sugar can be replaced with honey and water with milk.
