Ingredients
- 150 g frozen raspberries
- 1 large mango
- 1 tbsp liquid honey
- juice of half lime
- mint and thyme leaves
Instructions
- Beat slightly thawed raspberries in a blender, and then rub through a sieve, add the honey and stir. Skin the mango then cut it in half and remove the seed. Cut the mango pulp into cubes and put on a plate, sprinkle with lime juice, pour the raspberry sauce on top and sprinkle with mint and thyme leaves.
