Quick and easy recipe, with a delicious Indian inspired spicy cream sauce. Be sure not to overcook the chicken breasts.
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- half can of coconut milk for the sauce
- 2 cloves garlic for the sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil for the sauce
- 1-2 tbsp soy sauce for the sauce
- a small bunch of cilantro for the sauce
- 2 tsp Garam Masala for the sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil for the sauce
- 1 juice and zest of lime for the sauce
- chives for decoration
Instructions
- Prepare the marinade by mixing the sesame and olive oil, soy sauce and honey in a bowl. Finely chop the garlic and add to the marinade. Slightly beat chicken breast and place in the marinade, mix well and leave for 1 hour.
- For the sauce, finely chop the garlic and cilantro. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, fry the garlic, pour the soy sauce, sesame oil, coconut milk, stir, then add the garam masala and cilantro, stir once more. Reduce heat and cook for about 8-10 minutes, stirring all the time. Turn the heat off, add lime juice and zest.
- Pat the chicken to dry and fry it on a hot grill about 4 minutes on each side. Put the fillets on a plate, cover with foil for 7-10 minutes, then arrange it on a plates, pour sauce on top, sprinkle with green onions.
