Ingredients
- 10 green or red chilis (less sharp varieties)
- salt to taste
- vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Wash and dry the pepper thoroughly. Heat the oil and then dip the pepper into oil and cook about 1 minute. Put the prepared peppers on paper towels to drain oil, sprinkle with salt and serve immediately.
