Corn with Herbs and Parmesan

Another tasty take on a summer classic! Instead of boiled corn you can use corn cooked on the grill. Don’t forget just before grilling to soak the corn unshucked in cold water for 10-15 minutes. Grill or boil until tender, about 15 min. It will be sweet and juicy on the cob.

  1. Mix the softened butter with salt, lemon zest, along with finely chopped basil leaves and thyme. Spread the mixture on cooked hot corn and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese on top. Serve immediately.
