- 4 cooked corn cobs
- 2 tbsp butter
- salt to taste
- zest of half a lemon
- fresh basil and thyme leaves to taste
- parmesan to taste
- Mix the softened butter with salt, lemon zest, along with finely chopped basil leaves and thyme. Spread the mixture on cooked hot corn and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese on top. Serve immediately.
