Costco Chicken bake ( copycat), this time kids improvised with ingredients what we have in the fridge/ cabinets, like, instead of Ranch sauce they used creamy cheese pasta sauce and etc… (more…)...

I still have lots of basil in my garden, so I decided to make some pesto and use it for a simple but really tasty dish. I added mozzarella and Feta cheese on the pastry, plus parmesan in the pesto. (more…)...
