Ingredients
- 6 chicken legs
- 3 tbsp Thai red curry paste
- 250 ml coconut milk
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 4 tbsp cilantro leaves, chopped
Instructions
- Mix together the curry paste, coconut milk, crushed garlic, lime juice, salt and cilantro. Put chicken in a bowl and pour marinade. Close and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
- Cook chicken in oven or on a grill for about 25 minutes until chicken is ready.
