Ingredients
- 1 piece of pork tenderloin about 500g
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chopped thyme
- 0.5 tbsp chopped basil
- 0.5 tbsp chopped oregano
- 3 sage leaves
- salt, pepper to taste
Instructions
- Finely chop the garlic and mix it with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, chopped herbs, salt and pepper. Pour the marinade into the zip bag, then add the pork, close tightly and let it marinate in the refrigerator for 3-5 hours, preferably overnight.
- Preheat the grill and cook the pork on all sides until done, about 20-30 minutes and turning the meat every 10 minutes. The temperature inside the meat should be 70'C (160 F). Let the meat rest for 5-10 minutes in a cutting board, then cut into portions.
- If you cook the meat in the oven, preheat the oven to 200'C (390F). In a deep, heavy-bottomed skillet over medium heat, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Put the marinated meat and brown on all sides for about 4 minutes. Then put the pan in the oven and cook the meat for about 20 minutes. The temperature inside the meat should be 70'C (160 F). Put the meat in a cutting board and let stay for 5-10 minutes, then cut into portions.
