First grilling this year, bone marrow with rosemary, garlic, salt and olive oil on top, then 10 min on grill, it was amazingly delicious! Good to serve with bread or make some delicious tacos!! (more…)...

We found the paella kit for a great price at ‘city club’ with paella dish very good quality. Also our favorite place ‘Quesos Ixchel’ with organic, grass fed and chemical free meat and wild caught seafood delivered us chicken, shrimp, salmon. So today is Spanish paella with seafood and chicken.Read more

I love when my kids ask me what can they cook for dinner, or they have some ideas of what they want to make. Today Nicole made khinkali, one of our favorite dishes from the country of Georgia; she loves them more than pelmeni, and they are more flavorful with a delicious bouillon...
