Today was a full day of cooking ? First I made a delicious dessert, Italian cannoli crêpes with mascarpone, homemade candied citron, drizzled in a lemon syrup, and sprinkled with pistachio sugar; it was an amazing and heavenly taste! I still have lots of basil in my garden, so I decided to make some pesto and use it for a simple but really tasty dish. I added mozzarella and Feta cheese on the pastry, plus parmesan in the pesto.

I made delicious risotto today, first time with red tomato sauce. So flavorful! Tomato risotto with garlic oregano butter and burrata. I also added some mozzarella small cubes to the risotto, fresh tomatoes cubes to the sauce (1:1 canned and fresh), and more garlic to the butter.
