Fresh, light and tasty salad. Shallots can be replaced with onion. If you like it spicier you can add some chili pepper.
Ingredients
- 200 g beef
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1-2 pcs shallots
- vegetable oil
- 1 large carrot
- 1 fresh small cucumber
- sesame oil
- soy sauce
Instructions
- Cut the meat into strips and place in a pan. Add the water, cover with lid and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and leave until water evaporates. Chop the shallots and add to the meat along with vegetable oil, a little salt and fry, stirring all the time about 3-5 minutes. Let cool.
- Grate the carrot into long strips and add salt which will release the juice in the carrots. Clean cucumbers, cut into medium strips, and add a little salt. Mix vegetables with meat, add a little sesame oil and soy sauce, stir.
