Very easy quick recipe for delicious fish!
Preheat the oven to 450f (232 C). Place trout on big piece of foil or parchment paper, lightly oil both sides. Season with salt, pepper inside and out. Place the herbs down the middle of each fish ( you can also use lemon slices). Add little bit more olive oil, fold up the foil or parchment paper (make a packet), place on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 min.
