Asparagus with Soy Sauce and Sesame

It’s so simple and comes out so good! Instead of boiling the asparagus you can grill it which is my favorite way during the summer.
Serve with fish, grilled meat or chicken. A terrific spring-summer side dish!

Ingredients
- 12 asparagus
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 0.5 tsp honey
- sesame seeds
Instructions
- Whisk the sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and honey together in a bowl.
- Cut off the ends from the asparagus and boil it in lightly salted water for about 4 minutes. Drain and put the asparagus in ice water. Then put the asparagus on a dish, pour the sauce on top, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
