Asparagus with Hollandaise Sauce

Ingredients
- 15 pieces asparagus
- salt, pepper to taste
- garlic and onion powder to taste
- olive oil
- 2-3 yolks for the sauce
- 113 g butter for the sauce, melted and cooled
- 1-2 tsp lemon juice for the sauce
- salt, white pepper for the sauce
- parsley
Instructions
- Trim solid ends from the asparagus, drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder. Mix well and cook on the grill.
- Prepare the sauce in a water bath by heating the water in a large saucepan on a low heat. Once the water begins to boil, put the smaller pot on top with the yolks and 1 tbsp cold water. Whisk, gradually adding cooled melted butter. You should get the smooth sauce. After that, rub the sauce through a sieve (or strainer), add the lemon juice, salt, white pepper .
- Serve the asparagus with sauce and parsley.
