It’s so simple and comes out so good! Instead of boiling the asparagus you can grill it which is my favorite way during the summer.

Serve with fish, grilled meat or chicken. A terrific spring-summer side dish!

  1. Whisk the sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and honey together in a bowl.
  2. Cut off the ends from the asparagus and boil it in lightly salted water for about 4 minutes. Drain and put the asparagus in ice water. Then put the asparagus on a dish, pour the sauce on top, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
