When you have fresh and dried shiitake…
I found a fresh shiitake last week in the store and had some dried already, so got a couple of ideas in my had for dinner this week, especially we didn’t had Chinese for a long time. So my first meal last night was: Chicken with shiitake mushrooms and fried rice
