Roasted Tomato Sause Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lb Roma tomatoes seeded and choped
- 1/2 cup onion choped
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- salt and red hot pepper flakes to taste
- bunch of basil leaves
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 230C
- In a baking sheet put tomatoes, onion, garlic, add olive oil, salt and red hot pepper flakes, mix it. Roast it for around 30-40 min.
- Puree mixture in a food processor. Transfer to a bowl, add chopped basil leaves.
