Lemon dill vinaigrette
1/2 cup chopped dill
1/2 cup white wine vinegar
2 tbsp chopped red onion
1 tbsp lemon zest
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp pepper
2 garlic cloves
1/2 cup olive oil
Combine and process all ingredients except olive oil in a blender, until its smooth, slowly add olive oil while blender is running.

My two favorite recipes for salty salmon, first with sugar and salt (1:2), for the other I make marinade first, then keep in the jar with oil and onions in the fridge. This time I used a little bit different marinade for the fish, and salmon without the skin.
