Recipes I have made myself, photographed, tested and tasty
My two favorite recipes for salty salmon, first with sugar and salt (1:2), for the other I make marinade first, then keep in the jar with oil and onions in the fridge. This time I used a little bit different marinade for the fish, and salmon without the skin.
We made with Nicole Profiterole / cream puffs with creamy lemon curd celebrating Knopka’s birthday today, she is 3 yo!

Family fun time Perfect weather for making homemade meat ravioli, also ricotta with pumpkin and Parmesan cheese. And two different sauces/ toppings, mushroom herbs with homemade tomato sauce and for ricotta pumpkin ravioli I made almond sage butter sauce. Can’t wait for dinner tonight!
