Ingredients
- 500 g lamb
- black pepper to taste
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- bunch of rosemary
- 2 cloves of garlic
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Cut the meat into medium or large pieces, place in a dish, greased with olive oil. Sprinkle the meat with the rosemary, salt and pepper, add the garlic, leave to marinate.
- Cook on a grill, turning over all the time. Serve with vegetables.
