Ingredients
- 6 pcs corn on the cob with leaves
- 50 ml vegetable oil for greasing
- 150 g butter for the herb butter
- a few sprigs of parsley for the herb butter
- a few sprigs of chives-onion for the herb butter
- garlic powder for the herb butter
- a few sprigs of thyme for the herb butter
- lemon zest for the herb butter
- salt, pepper for the herb butter
Instructions
- Soften butter. Finely chop the thyme leaves (stems are not needed), chives and parsley. Mix the butter with the chopped herbs and zest, garlic powder, add salt and pepper, place in refrigerator.
- Cook the corn in a hot water for about 5-10 minutes. Then put the corn on a well-heated and oiled grill and roast 15-20 minutes.
- Clean the corn from the leaves and put on a plate. Place on each a piece of corn butter with herbs.
