Corn, seasoned with Herb Butter

A great idea for corn, cooked on the grill. For this recipe you can use only young pale yellow, almost white corn. Or cook longer in a water and then grill it for 5 min. Very easy and quick recipe.

  1. Soften butter. Finely chop the thyme leaves (stems are not needed), chives and parsley. Mix the butter with the chopped herbs and zest, garlic powder, add salt and pepper, place in refrigerator.
  2. Cook the corn in a hot water for about 5-10 minutes. Then put the corn on a well-heated and oiled grill and roast 15-20 minutes.
  3. Clean the corn from the leaves and put on a plate. Place on each a piece of corn butter with herbs.
