Summery Salmon Carpaccio with Icelandic Herbs, another great recipe found in Icelandic cookbook in Iceland. of course, I didn't had all the herbs I need for the recipe, but added some tarragon, little bit rosemary. Next time will try to check the spices on Amazon or better will visit this beautiful country again and buy there :D 1 small fillet...

Chilli Sesame Salmon Tartare, found this recipe in Icelandic cookbook in Iceland. 300g salmon, diced finely, 2 tbsp sesame oil, 2 tsp ginger, grated, a half of lime zest and juice, 1 tbsp chives, 1 tsp sesame seeds, toasted, 1/2 red chilli, chopped, pinch of salt, 1 tbsp fresh dill or cilantro, chopped, soy sauce on top.
