Usually I made different dough for pelmeni, one of the recipe is here, This recipe for the dough I made today I also like, because so much easier to work with, easy to make and it's more tender.

I still have lots of basil in my garden, so I decided to make some pesto and use it for a simple but really tasty dish. I added mozzarella and Feta cheese on the pastry, plus parmesan in the pesto.

Got some cherry and plum tomatoes from my garden! Used them for this simple but so tasty Bruschetta. So bright and colorful, perfect summer dish!
