Lilac syrup, smells and taste amazing!
60-80 grams of flowers only, no sticks or leaves
350 grams sugar
350 ml of water
juice of half lemon
Boil the syrup, mixing the sugar with water, around 5-10 min on low heat. Add lemon juice and flowers and cook for 3-4 minutes then turn off and cool. Pour into small jar and hold in the fridge.

Pelmeni and vareniki, new recipes for the dough
Perfect weather today to make delicious pelmeni with pork/ beef meat and 3 different types of vareniki ( pierogi) with mashed potatoes and meat, they will be served with mushroom, onions and bacon topping. Also vareniki with cherries and ricotta with cherries. Great time spent with kids and results- delicious meal!

Vareniki (pierogi) with mashed potatoes and meat. Served with sour cream and mushroom bacon topping. First boiled them, then fried on both sides. Also we made cherries vareniki and cherries with ricotta cheese in raspberry sauce, it was so good!
