Nicole made Lilac shortbread cookies today. The recipe was a little bit complicated, but cookies was tasty. After trying them we decided, we can use my rosemary cookies recipe and instead of the rosemary we'll use lilac.

Lilac syrup, smells and taste amazing!
60-80 grams of flowers only, no sticks or leaves
350 grams sugar
350 ml of water
juice of half lemon
Boil the syrup, mixing the sugar with water, around 5-10 min on low heat. Add lemon juice and flowers and cook for 3-4 minutes then turn off and cool. Pour into small jar and hold in the fridge.

Lilac lemonade, definitely we will make it again, so delicious!
Just make a lemonade from 3 lemons, water and sugar, add bunch of lilac flowers, leave it for a couple of hours or overnight, strain and serve! Instead of lilac you can use violet, rose, lavender or jasmine.
