Had so many zucchini flowers this morning in my garden, but didn’t have time to fry them with cheese. So, I decided to add them to the pasta sauce with mushrooms, tomatoes and garlic. In the end I added Parmesan and whipped cream, it was creamy delicious! (more…)...
