We cooked Peruvian Lomo Saltado at 7 am for our daughter ‘s school today. They have a UN Project. Lomo Saltado is a Peruvian stir fry dish composed of marinated strips of sirloin, red onion and tomatoes that is served with French fries and rice. Easy and quick to make, just need to prepare for 14 people at 7...
