Homemade Swedish meatballs, mashed potatoes and gravy. We changed a little bit the recipe for the gravy, but everything was really delicious! Easy, simple but so delicious appetizer, especially if you like eggplant. Mix together chopped nuts, garlic, cilantro, as well as other herbs such as parsley, dill, basil, etc to your taste. Mix with mayonnaise or sour cream. Cut the eggplant into in medium-sized slices (not too thin), and fry on both sides. Dry with a paper towel, and...
