One of my favorite cakes, with a very simple and quick recipe! You'll need a baking pan with a diameter of 20-22 cm; I used a tart mold for my cake.

Our favorite recipe for the duck- Peking duck, and also here, (I mix both recipes, when cooking), trying to make it at least twice a year, can’t wait for dinner tonight, smells amazing already!!
