Today I made chicken Tabaka (tapaka). It's a traditional Georgian dish of a pan-roast chicken. You just need to have a young chicken, garlic, salt and pepper and use a clever method of preparation. I made spicy zucchini pasta with shrimp today for lunch, it turned great! I used two small zucchini, 15 shrimp, red pepper flakes, garlic, lemon juice, wine, cilantro, salt and pepper. Definitely will make it again!
