Mushrooms, such as Portobello: 8-10 min. per side, medium heat.

White Mushrooms, whole: 10 min, medium heat.

Onions, slices: 8–10 min. per side, medium heat.

Peppers, cut peppers into 1-inch-wide strips: 5-6 min. per side, medium heat.

Potatoes, slices: 10-15 min, turning occasionally, medium heat.
