Vareniki with meat and with blueberries
Winter break for my daughter, she said she wants to make vareniki / pierogi again for lunch. This time we made with meat and also with blueberries both are so delicious! We saved some for my son, he is visiting us tomorrow!
Best dough recipe for Vareniki : 4 cups flour; 2 tsp salt, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup of vegetable oil, 3/4 cup warm water.
