Mexican tonight, chicken tinga, pico de Gallo, homemade tortillas

1 cup maseca

3/4 cup water

pinch of salt

Mix thoroughly, if mixture is a little dry, wet hands and kneed more. If too wet, add a little maseca. It’s easier to add more water so it’s better to use less water initially and then add more as needed. Once mixed well, wrap in plastic wrap and let rest for 30 minutes.
