I always wanted to try to make a turkey SousVide style for thanksgiving, and finally I have a chance this year! Yesterday we brined it, and today it goes into the SousVide (Different cuts of the turkey have different temperatures and time to cook), then tomorrow we grill them quick for a nice finish. Can’t wait to try this new method!
Also, this time we will celebrate Thanksgiving in Mexico with our friends, the weather is so nice and sunny!
