In a plastic container, put the cleaned shrimp with some cornstarch. Close the lid and shake well to coat the shrimp on all sides. In a hot pan, pour some olive oil, and set the shrimp to be in one flat layer. Fry for about 3 minutes on one side, then flip and fry for another 3 min. Add salt, pepper, chopped garlic, and a little bit of lime juice. Move to a bowl, add chopped cilantro, mix, and serve.
